Hello! I’m Courtney. Welcome to my corner of the Internet - I’m so happy you found your way here!
I’ve been on a journey of awakening and self-discovery perhaps for my whole life, but in an accelerated way since 2011. In the final months of 2011, I had three concussions back-to-back in different random events. Healing from these brain injuries was a profound experience of going within and discovering who I am when everything else is stripped away. I also believe that the concussions increased my sensitivity and openness to more subtle energies that are not immediately apparent in our physical reality. In the years that followed, many other experiences and encounters with people who crossed my path opened me up even further to things like past lives, karmic relationships, deep soul connections, and soul curriculum/lessons we came here to learn.
In 2017, I had a profound experience where I connected with a younger version of myself and felt that she was disappointed in the way I was living my life at that point. I was guided to begin listening to certain spiritual podcasts and deepening into my study of these topics. I was also guided to write, something I had loved as a child and hadn’t done for many years. These activities continued to open me up to truths of this existence and to my own inner truth of who I am at my core and who I came here to be in this lifetime.
In 2019, I randomly downloaded an old podcast that had been released in 2016. On this podcast, I heard about Human Design for the first time. My jaw was on the floor the entire time. Somehow, I knew this is what I’d been searching for. When I got home, I pulled up my Human Design Chart and my entire life changed in that one moment. I had a deep soul remembrance and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I was here to work with this incredible system, both in my own life and in guiding others back home to themselves through this powerful genetic activation.
After two years of studying Human Design and giving readings to everyone I knew in my life, I opened my practice to the public in 2021. Since then, I’ve had the honour of guiding 100+ individual clients in learning about and applying their Human Design Charts. It is a dream come true to be doing this work. I get to meet so many incredible souls from all over the world, who all have an openness to learning, growth, and change. We are alive at such an incredible time on the planet, and I am passionate about contributing to the awakening of consciousness in my own way through my guidance, storytelling, sensitivity, compassion, and heart-based leadership.

Some other things to know about me:
I did a lot of post secondary education (over ten years of study). This lead me to two degrees - a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Education from McGill University. I also spent a year studying Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Ottawa.
I discovered Human Design in April 2019 at a very transformative time in my life. Human Design is, to this day, my favourite tool for healing, self-discovery, aligning with my life purpose, and unravelling the mysteries of life.
I was an athlete in some way, shape, or form for the majority of my life before age 30. I played competitive soccer as a teen, ran varsity track/xc at McGill, competed in many mountain/ultra/trail running races in my 20s, and represented Canada at the 2019 World Championships in the sport of ski mountaineering (Then… I found out I am a Projector in Human Design!).
These days you can find me enjoying the peace of nature, hiking, paddling, or skiing in Gatineau Park, playing pickleball, motoring through a stack of books, learning a language on Duolingo, or deep in study mode diving into my latest interest.
My Human Design & Astrology:
Human Design: I am a 6/2 Emotional Projector, quad right, with channels 13-33 and 19-49. My sun is in Gate 19.
Astrology: I have an Aquarius Sun, Aries Moon, and Gemini Rising. I also have six planets in Capricorn, and five planets in the 8th house.
